service_agreement_256x256Empire Systems offers Annual Service Agreements to clients based on the client’s needs, and our ability to meet those needs.  Service Agreements are available to clients whose systems meet certain minimum requirements, and are within ESI’s service area.  An ESI Service Agreement can be tailored to every business’s unique requirements; covering data systems, telecom systems, and/or CCTV systems, as needed by our clients.  At ESI, we believe that our success depends on your success.  We like to consider our clients a part of the family, and grow a lasting business relationship through professional service, with a dedicated and personal interest.  ESI Service Agreements provide you with support from qualified technicians that not only understand the inner workings of your hardware and network, but who also go the extra mile to learn your software, users, work flow, and business model; to better serve the needs of your company.

All Service Agreements include the following:

  • A set number of On-Site Support hours each month
  • A set number of Remote Support hours each month
  • Unlimited Telephone Support each month
  • Monthly updates to Line of Business applications
  • Updates to Anti-Virus/Spyare/Malware software
  • Security patches to Workstations and Servers
  • Budgeting and Resource Management for future growth/needs
  • Sample Network Acceptable Use Policy to implement at your business
